Ready, Set, Job!

In the winter, we host Ready? Set? Job!, which is a career readiness event where students learn skills that will help them land a job, network with local professionals, and explore careers they may never have known existed. This is our favorite way to introduce new corporate partners to our students and our work.

Roses in Concrete

Throughout the year, we collaborate with Brandeis University to lead Roses in Concrete, which is a year-long leadership and mentorship program for Brandeis University and Waltham High School students of color. To review our 2022-2023 Roses in Concrete Program Report, please click here.

Professional Skill-Building

In the spring, through a partnership with Bentley University, we offer 1-1 sessions on resume and cover letter writing and mock interviews.

Year-Round Opportunities

During the school-year, we also offer a variety of workshops and field trips in partnership with local businesses and organizations. During our Summer Internship Program, we lead “Career Talks”, which are weekly reflection, skill building, and career exploration seminars for interns.
