The Career Exploration & Training  (CET)  program connects students to life-altering opportunities through meaningful paid internship experiences and professional development. Our program seeks to help Waltham close the economic opportunity gap, while supporting employers with making career paths more accessible and enabling youth to become empowered, connected, and career-ready. Our Paid Internship Program aims to link Waltham’s high school students to a diverse group of employers across the city. The program is designed for students to engage in experiential learning, explore career options, and build valuable skills. We offer paid internships during the school-year and the summer.
