Metro SouthWest Workforce Board Provides Funding to Expand Internship Program
We are grateful for our expanding partnership with Metro SouthWest Workforce Board. Metro SouthWest Workforce Board provides substantial funding for our Career Exploration and Training Program, which has allowed us to significantly expand our Summer Internship Program and establish our School-Year Internship Program.

WPY Awarded Two More Years of Funding from The Clowes Fund!
We first received funding from The Clowes Fund in 2019 to support our Career Exploration & Training work, and we are so grateful that we are now in our fifth year of funding. The Ludcke Foundation has given Waltham Partnership for Youth a $50,000 grant to support our Wraparound Waltham work in 2023. We are eager to grow our partnership with the foundation; thank you, Ludcke Foundation!
30-Year Support From Boston Children's Hospital
We are grateful for the ongoing support of Boston Children's Hospital. BCH has been a WPY partner since our inception 30 years ago, providing pro bono speakers and clinical support at our events, serving as a member of our Drug Free Communities coalition, and funding several of our mental health initiatives. Their COACH program is a popular placement in our Summer Internship Program and School-Year Internship Programs. Recently, WPY also received a $600,000 BCH Metro South West Community Health Initiative Grant to support our Wraparound Waltham program. The hospital's unwavering support has been crucial in ensuring that Waltham youth and families have access to the resources they need to thrive. Thank you, BCH!

An Investment in Mental Health from Accelerate the Future
We're excited to share our partnership with Accelerate the Future, a family foundation which supports STEM education, youth mental health, and cancer research. ATF has supported our Teen Mental Health Alliance and supported our work in creating a more racially and culturally diverse mental healthcare workforce of tomorrow.
Support from our City
We're thrilled that we've received funding from the City of Waltham to sustain our important Wraparound Waltham work. This funding will help us to continue offering in-school and out-of-school resources to newcomer immigrant students and families.
